Alex Loukaides
Alex qualified in 2002 with Kroll where he spent four years working in their Corporate Advisory and Restructuring arm, gaining invaluable experience working with distressed companies. Alex moved into Corporate Finance in 2005 and has delivered funding for start-ups, MBO, MBI’s and emerging businesses. He has also performed a number of business reviews and due diligence assignments for institutions and corporates. Since joining McInnes in July 2006 he has continued to gain experience in these areas and has recently constructed a company valuation.
