Andy Miller

Andy qualified as a chartered accountant in 1997 with Coopers and Lybrand. Following his decision to specialise in Corporate Finance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Andy has experienced a wide range of private company transactions, both in terms of size and nature.

Andy joined McInnes Corporate Finance in 2000 and now specialises in private equity transactions and corporate acquisitions and disposals.
