Chris Appleby
Chris established Quantum Corporate Finance in Newcastle in April 2000 by way of a management buy-out. Quantum was acquired by McInnes in February 2007. Previously with Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance between 1989 and 1997 in Newcastle and Yorkshire, Chris left PW to establish the North East's first formal independent corporate finance department in 1997.
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, and with fifteen years of CF lead advisory experience, Chris has a CV encompassing a wide variety of sectors and across all deal sizes in the private company market. Chris primarily focuses on MBOs/MBIs, venture capital and M&A with particular expertise in the leisure and pharmaceutical markets.
