Chris McCourt

Chris qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003 with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Following five years working in public sector assurance in Newcastle, Chris transferred to London in 2005 to specialise in Transaction Services, where he gained experience of corporate acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions and IPOs for a variety of companies, both public and private, across a range of industry sectors. Chris joined HSBC in 2006, before returning to the North East to join BTG McInnes Corporate Finance in Newcastle in May 2007.
