Dave Irwin
Dave joined McInnes Corporate Finance in 1999 after spending twelve years with Arthur Andersen. Whilst continuing to advise both public and private companies on acquisition and disposal activity, Dave also focuses on private equity transactions and strategic advisory to a wide range of retained clients.
Dave qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1990. Following five years in Andersen's consulting division advising a range of public and private companies on strategic and operational issues, Dave chose to specialise in corporate finance where he became Director of the northern practice.
