The objective of maximising shareholder value is more likely to be achieved if adequate time is set aside to consider the various exit options available, which will be varied in most circumstances.  Each option will be assessed in the context of current performance and growth prospects, the strength of the encumbent management team and the specific requirements of our clients, the existing shareholders.
