Iain Lownes

Iain leads the newly formed Birmingham and Midlands Team of BTG McInnes Corporate Finance. Iain has extensive experience in all forms of Mergers and Acquisitions, Management Buy Outs, Fundraisings and strategic advice.

A chartered accountant and member of the Corporate Finance Facility, previously Iain was with Andersons and Deloitte from where he joined BTG McInnes Corporate Finance.
